Railway Board Secretary Arun Nayar is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) Officer from the 1987 Batch. She officially took over on January 6 and has a long history, having served as the Railway Board's Principal Executive Director/Staff, Staff, and Additional Member.
