The first Military Literature Festival in Patiala, Punjab, has come to an end. The motorcycle rally Brave Heart Ride was signaled off. Black Elephant Division of Indian Army Major honored the martyrs by presenting flower garlands at the War Memorial complex Cenotaph of Patiala State Forces and Black Elephant on the final day of the Patiala Military Literature Festival.
