New Delhi will host the Global Millets (Shree Anna) Conference. Compendium of Indian Millet (Shri Anna) Start-ups and Book of Millet (Shri Anna) Standards were both digitally released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also opened the conference, named the Indian Institute of Millets Research of the ICAR a Global Centre of Excellence, and unveiled a custom postal stamp and coin commemorating the International Year of Millets (IYM) in 2023.
