At Red Fort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially opened the inaugural Indian Art, Architecture & Design Biennale 2023. The Prime Minister also opened the student Biennale-Samunnati and the "Aatmanirbhar Bharat Centre for Design" at Red Fort during the program. He introduced a commemorative stamp as well.
