Known as 'Vayulink,' the Indian Air Force (IAF) has created an indigenous data link communication system. When the signals are weak, it communicates radioally with the base station using the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS), also referred to as NAVIC. Additionally, the Vayulink system improves combat teaming, avoids aircraft collisions, and aids in real-time planning.
