India recently put forth the "G20 High-Level Principles on Hydrogen" draft. At the G20 Energy Transition Working Group meeting, it was suggested that a discussion about international standards for "green, clean, and low carbon" hydrogen take place. It aims to establish international standards for clean, low-carbon, and green hydrogen. A limit of up to 2 kg of carbon dioxide equivalent per kilogram of produced hydrogen is suggested.
