From March 21–29, 2024, INS Tir and INS Sujata will participate in the India Mozambique Tanzania (IMT) Trilateral Exercise. INS Tarkash launched IMT TRILAT on October 22. The harbor phase of the current edition takes place in Zanzibar and Maputo from March 21 to 24, and it includes joint training in damage control, fire fighting, visit board search and seizure, medical lectures, and more. Joint EEZ surveillance, maneuvers, firing drills, and threat countering are the main objectives of the sea phase. This exercise ends with a joint debrief at Nacala.
