NaMo Bharat, the nation's first regional rapid transit system, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Additionally, the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Corridor's priority section was opened. RapidX train was the previous name of the RRTS. With a 180 kmph design speed, RRTS is a brand-new, high-frequency, semi-high-speed rail-based commuter transit system.
