During the two-day national conference of Rural WASH Partners Forum, the Union Minister for Jal Shakti, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, released the Manual for Disaster Management Plan (DMP). The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation created the Manual to involve stakeholders at the national, state, district, and village levels in the safety, uninterrupted supply, and minimal loss of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) assets and services.
