Nagorno-Karabakh Region is located in which mountainous region?

After Azerbaijan reclaimed control over Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenian separatists, Russian peacekeepers are leaving the region. Azerbaijan and Armenia have both claimed Nagorno-Karabakh, also known as Artsakh, a mountainous region in the South Caucasus since 1917. Despite being acknowledged by the international community as a part of Azerbaijan, the region is primarily home to ethnic Armenians, who have their own government.
