Which nation has collaborated on research with the National Science Foundation and MeitY?

An Implementation Arrangement on research collaboration has been signed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) of the Government of India and the National Science Foundation (NSF) of the United States. In accordance with the agreement, MeitY has issued the first Joint Call for Proposals in the fields of semiconductor research, next-generation communication technologies, networks, and systems, cyber security, sustainability and green technologies, and intelligent transportation systems.
