Iran recently attacked Israel's air defences with more than 180 ballistic missiles, including the hypersonic Fattah-2. Fattah-2, which translates as "conqueror" in Farsi, is an upgraded version of Iran's first hypersonic ballistic missile produced in the country. With the ability to manoeuvre and glide at hypersonic speed, it has a hypersonic glide vehicle (HGV) warhead. The engine of the missile may modify the thrust force because it employs a liquid-fuel rocket propellant.
