The first National Training Conclave was recently opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. The government is making an effort to improve the infrastructure for civil servant training across India. The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) - "Mission Karmayogi" sponsored the event, which was hosted by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC).
