According to the government, the integration of the child helpline with the Emergency Response Support System, ERSS-112, has been finished in the first phase in nine States. These States include Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Ladakh, Puducherry, and Mizoram. Each State and Union Territory has a dedicated WCD Control Room for Child Helpline that is operational around-the-clock and connected to ERSS-112.
