The government-backed e-commerce protocol known as the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) has introduced the ONDC Academy, a library of online training resources for retailers. The ONDC, which was initially financed by banks, was designed as a counterweight to major e-retail, fast-commerce, and ride-hailing companies.
