With a total size of 1040.50 crore, the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) issued its first batch of rupee-denominated AAA social bonds. On September 29, 2023, the bonds that were privately issued to qualified institutional investors will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Each bond has a face value of one lakh rupees. With an option to keep oversubscription up to Rs. 2000 crore, the base issue size is Rs. 1,000 crore.
