The government has decided to allow domestic companies, both publicly traded and unlisted, to directly list their equity shares on the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Ahmedabad, according to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The choice will improve Indian companies' valuations and open up access to international capital. AMC Repo Clearing Ltd. (ARCL) and Corporate Debt Market Development Fund (CDMDF) were also introduced by the finance minister.
