Following a second extension of his contract, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg will continue to serve as its leader for another year. Although his term had already been extended three times, Mr. Stoltenberg's tenure as secretary general was set to end in October. The announcement, made by Mr. Stoltenberg, a former prime minister and economist, comes one week before the following NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania.
