The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) created the GHAR (Go Home and Re-Unite) Portal to make it easier for children to be digitally monitored and returned home in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act. By following cases, forwarding them to the appropriate authorities, and enabling contact between translators and experts and State Governments, it speeds up repatriation. Child Welfare Committees link children in need to government programs for family strengthening during restoration by using the checklist on the portal to identify children in need.
