What is related to the 128th Constitution Amendment Bill, 2023, which was recently introduced?

The Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Amendment) Bill, 2023, was introduced by the Indian government and calls for 33% of the Lok Sabha's (India's lower house of parliament) and state Legislative Assemblies' seats to be reserved for women. Seats designated for Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) will also be subject to this reservation.
