The Indian Navy received the third vessel in the Project 15B Class of stealth guided missile destroyers, the INS Imphal, from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) recently. We finished the project four months ahead of schedule. Interestingly, the INS Imphal was the first warship in the navy to be put into service with accommodations for female officers and sailors.
