Which state government has decided to establish a State Water Information Center?

The State Water Information Center (SWIC) is being established by the Odisha government to organize, preserve, and distribute data about water resources. It works under the Water Resources Department and is responsible for keeping an extensive archive of hydro-meteorological data for Odisha.
