Which state became the first to issue five crore Ayushman cards under AB-PMJAY?

As the first state to do so under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Uttar Pradesh has achieved a significant milestone by issuing 5 crore Ayushman cards. The state has 50,017,920 cards that have been issued, helping 74,382,304 people in 3,716 hospitals. The scheme was successful, as evidenced by the remarkable 92.48% of 3,481,252 health claims that were settled. The State Agency for Comprehensive Health's CEO, Sangeeta Singh, attributes the success to the National Health Authority's ongoing support as well as the commitment of numerous healthcare professionals.
