Which state's government initiated 'Operation Smile X' recently to free children who are laborers?

Through the state-wide Operation Smile-X, Telangana police were able to free 3,479 child laborers. Alone, the Cyberabad police saved 718 children and brought 526 back to their parents. 389 were from outside the state, and 329 were from within it. 640 of the people who were saved were from child labor, and one of them had been reported missing. A total of 676 police officers worked in teams that were coordinated with different departments and non-governmental organizations to reunite 2,947 children with their parents during the operation. 254 cases were registered in the Cyberabad Commissionerate as a result of the operation.
