What is the theme of the ‘Jal Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain 2024 campaign?

The fifth iteration of 'Jal Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain' was opened at the NDMC Convention Center in New Delhi by Union Minister for Jal Shakti, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. The campaign, with the theme 'Nari Shakti se Jal Shakti,' emphasises the crucial role that women play in water conservation. It was started under the National Water Mission and works with the Department of Sanitation and Drinking Water. Two books that described the path toward a sustainable water future and the contributions of women to the Jal Jeevan Mission were also virtually launched.
