Where was the first-ever trilateral service planning conference called ‘Parivartan Chintan’ held?

The Union Ministry of Defence hosted the first-ever 'Parivartan Chintan' tri-service armed forces planning conference in New Delhi on April 8, 2024. The Department of Military Affairs and the Chiefs of the Army, Navy, and Air Force spearheaded the conference, which sought to create an integrated, unified theater command. Under the direction of General Anil Chauhan, the Chief of Defence Staff, it aimed to promote unity, integration, and preparedness for upcoming conflicts by implementing creative reforms and initiatives.
