Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has introduced Swachhotsav, a three-week long women-led cleanliness campaign under the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0. Its purpose is to acknowledge and celebrate the transition from women managing sanitation to women leading sanitation. During the launch event, the Women Icons Leading Sanitation & Waste Management (WINS) Challenge-2023 was also revealed.
