What is VINBAX, in relation to the recent news about Vietnam-India relations?

India and Vietnam are participating in a joint military exercise called Exercise VINBAX-2023. The goal of the exercise is to improve cooperation, advance interoperability, and exchange best practices between the two nations. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen military cooperation and capabilities for defense and peacekeeping missions. The exercise is being held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from December 11–21, 2023, for its fourth edition. Forty-five members of the Indian Armed Forces are taking part in the drill.
