The National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) has established an 11-person steering committee for the Cheetah Project. According to a statement from the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Climate Change, Rajesh Bansal, the Global Tiger Forum's Secretary General, has been named as its Chairman.
