Infosys and Danske Bank have made official their long-term partnership. The proposed agreement, valued at USD 454 million for a term of five years, has the option of being extended for an additional year up to three times. As part of the agreement, Infosys will also purchase the more than 1,400-person Indian IT facility owned by Danske Bank. With its headquarters in Denmark, Danske Bank offers banking services to small and large businesses as well as institutions and corporations.
