The first-ever Khelo India Para Games 2023 logo and mascot was introduced by Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Anurag Singh Thakur. The sparrow "Ujjwala" was introduced as the official mascot of the 2023 Khelo India Para Games. Eleven Khelo India Games have been successfully held since 2018. The inaugural Khelo India Para Games are expected to feature over 1400 competitors in 7 categories from 32 states and union territories.
