The second phase of the 21st Varuna bilateral exercise between the French and Indian Navy took place in the Arabian Sea. Guided missile frigates, tankers, Maritime Patrol Aircraft, and integral helicopters from both sides participated in the exercise. Off the western coast of India, "Varuna-2023"'s first phase was conducted.
