Under the Union Health Ministry, the National Health Systems Resource Center (NHSRC) creates the National Health Account (NHA) estimates report. The seventh report for 2019–20 has just been released, and the report has been released since 2014. The World Health Organization (WHO) developed the 2011 System of Health Accounts, which is the basis for the accounting framework used to prepare the NHA estimates.
