The Defence Research and Development Organization has achieved a major milestone by creating the country's lightest Bullet Proof Jacket, designed to withstand the Level 6 threat posed by BIS ammunition. It was recently tested at TBRL, Chandigarh, and it uses new materials and techniques for better protection.
