The Taurus constellation, which is 6500 light-years away from Earth, contains the supernova remnant and pulsar wind nebula known as the Crab Nebula. NASA published its image, which was taken by the Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer (IXPE) spacecraft. The magnetic field of the famous Crab Nebula has been more precisely mapped by scientists using the IXPE than ever before.
