A celebration of nature is called Satuani. To signal the beginning of the summer season, the traditional harvest festival will be observed in North India, primarily in Bihar. Eating lentil-flour-based sattu is part of it. On the day after Satuani, people will celebrate Jur Sital, also known as Maithili new year.
