Droupadi Murmu, the President of India, will be in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to inaugurate the 'Unmesha' International Literature Festival and the 'Utkarsh' Festival of Folk and Tribal Performing Arts, respectively. The Ministry of Culture collaborated with the Sahitya Akademi and the Sangeet Natak Akademi to put on these events.
