Every year on February 27, the world observes World NGO Day to honor the crucial role that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play around the world. The day encourages individuals in need to become more aware of the important work that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) do, and it also pushes for cooperation between NGOs and the public and private sectors.
