Which Department of the Government of India administers the VAIBHAV Fellowships Program?.

A fellowship program called Vaishvik Bhartiya Vaigyanik (VAIBHAV) has been introduced by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology. The program aims to establish connections between the Indian academic and R&D institutions and the STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) diaspora for cooperative research. Outstanding scientists and engineers of Indian descent (NRI/OCI/PIO) who are actively involved in research in their respective nations will be given the fellowship.
