The building of the Indian Buddhist Culture and Heritage Centre in Lumbini, Nepal, has started after the Bhumi Pujan ceremony, which included a special recitation by Buddhist monks. The 1.60 billion rupee heritage center is anticipated to be constructed using zero-net technology and could be finished in 1.5 years. During his visit to Lumbini in 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the cornerstone alongside Sher Bahadur Deuba, then-Prime Minister of Nepal.
