Which institution is not covered by the Right to Information Act of 2005 due to exemptions granted by the Union Government?

The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, the country's go-to organization for handling cyber security issues like phishing and hacking, has been released from the requirements of the Right to Information Act, 2005 by the Union Government. The Center has exempted CERT-In from the requirements of the transparency law by using the authority granted under subsection (2) of Section 24 of the RTI Act. The Center has added CERT-In, with serial number 27, to the Second Schedule of the RTI Act by using those powers.
