Which state approved a bill raising the state's overall reservation percentage to 75%?

A bill to raise reservations for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and Extremely Backward Classes from the current 50% to 65% was unanimously approved by the Bihar Assembly. The Bill will increase reservation in Bihar to 75% with the 10% Economically Backward Class (EWS) quota. In 1992, the bench of the Supreme Court maintained the OBC quota. It did, however, also rule that the overall quota could never be higher than 50%, describing this as a fair and reasonable cap.
